- Content you create: messages, forum posts, reviews, recommendations, photos, meetups and other content you share.
- Location data: with your permission, your approximate or precise location to show nearby ports, crew and recommendations.
- Usage and device data: app interactions, device type, and diagnostic information to keep the Service reliable.
- Payment data: subscription and purchase transactions are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

- To provide, operate and improve the Service.
- To connect you with other crew members and show relevant port information.
- To process subscriptions, eSIM purchases and other transactions.
- To send you notifications, alerts and service-related messages.
- To maintain safety, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

- Other users, where you choose to make profile or content public.
- Service providers (e.g. hosting, Stripe for payments, eSIM and messaging providers) acting on our behalf.

- You can edit or hide your profile and control visibility settings at any time.
- You can disable location permissions in your device settings.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal requirements. You can request account deletion at any time.
6. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for users aged 16 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. International Users
As a service for seafarers worldwide, your information may be processed in countries other than your own.
