Welcome to The Crew Bar. By creating an account or using the Crew Bar app and website (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not post unlawful, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
- Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Do not spam, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
- Respect other crew members and their privacy.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create. By posting, you grant us a licence to host, display and distribute that content within the Service. You are responsible for the content you share.
5. Subscriptions & Purchases
Officer Tier and other paid features are billed through Stripe. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel anytime; charges already made are non-refundable except where required by law. eSIM and other purchases are subject to the relevant provider's terms.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates third parties (such as payment, eSIM and mapping providers). We are not responsible for their services or content.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Port information, recommendations and AI suggestions are for guidance only — always verify locally and travel safely.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Crew Bar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
